As a twenty plus year veteran in the staffing industry and founder of The CERES Group, I bring real world experience to all aspects of the business and verticals The CERES Group represent. The business is personal for me and I love working with my staff, clients, and candidates every day. In this business, the only thing that matters is relationships. Where people work influences almost every aspect of their lives where they live, when they get engaged, where they buy a home and raise their families. This is something we at The CERES Group take a lot of responsibility for and not something we take lightly. During off hours, I can be found in a hockey rink coaching and cheering for my three kids or swinging a golf club.

With over 17 years of experience within Capital Market and Financial Technology I have played leadership roles in both sell side and buy side business technology consulting and product development.  As a subject-matter expert for Derivatives, Risk Management and Quantitative Finance I enjoy speaking at industry conferences nationally and globally.  I take immense pride in authoring Financial Engineering and Quantitative Risk Analytics for financial engineering students. I love what I do and can’t imagine doing anything else.

With over 16 years supporting and working direct for multiple Med Dev companies I bring a unique view to the table understanding the internal forces that play when a need arises that requires outside assistance. My main areas of expertise are in Strategy and Operational Excellence, Regional Regulation Compliance including UDI, Master Data Management and global enterprise system implementations. Over the course of my career I have learned that partnering with and supporting teams in their growth through execution and delivery yields top talent and innovation.

I have worked in the IT client services and candidate recruiting arena for over 20 years.  Focusing on exceeding client expectations in the delivery of top tier IT talent as well as helping people land their next position.  Managing multi-million dollar client accounts ensuring clients have access to the IT consultants so critical to project success while simultaneously finding the talent for engagements with a direct approach.  I pride myself on my consultative approach with honest and open communications and setting realistic and achievable expectations.  I grew up in  the Boston area and graduated from the University of Massachusetts.

Mani has been with the Fintech Industry for almost 3 decades. He has deep experience in both technology and functional workflows for the Asset Management and Investment Industry. Mani has hands-on experience with integration, implementation, and building enterprise scale services and products. As a lead technologist, architect, and manager – he implemented the Charles River IMS for several clients and did performance assessments. He has helped very many clients both strategically, tactically, & delivered projects on time/budget with an end result of very satisfied customers.

With over 20 years of experience rooted in customer service I believe every day starts with factual knowledge of who your clients are and understanding what is important to them as individuals as well as a collective whole. What makes marketing at The CERES Group so much fun is the company foundation of building personal relationships with candidates, clients and each other. A Masters in Business Administration from Nichols College and an undergraduate degree majoring in Marketing from Bryant College started my career; however, all the people I have met along the way have provided the most valuable and colorful lessons. I spend free time with my family and friends paddle boarding, hiking, singing at country concerts and traveling.
