Working with CERES
Navigating a job search raises questions, especially when you are selective about your next move. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we hear from experienced IT and fintech professionals.
What types of roles do you support?
We support contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across IT and fintech, including positions within financial services, healthcare, higher education, retail, cybersecurity, and design-focused teams.
How do I apply for a job?
You can browse open positions and apply directly through our job search page. If your background aligns with a current need, a recruiter will reach out to discuss the opportunity.
What happens after I apply?
Applications are reviewed based on current client needs. If there is alignment, we will contact you with additional context. If not, we encourage you to check back, as opportunities are updated regularly.
Will you submit my resume without my permission?
No. We will never submit your resume to a client without discussing the role with you first and receiving your approval.
What can I expect from the recruiting process?
We help you think through opportunities, tradeoffs, and timing. If a role does not align with your background or priorities, we will say so. Moving forward is always your choice.
Can I work with CERES Group long term?
